This policy applies to purchases made at szfhlykq.com for delivery within the United States. Prices below are in U.S. dollars.

Processing before dispatch

Order processing takes 1-2 business days after payment confirmation. This is the time used to prepare your order before it is handed to the carrier. Processing is separate from shipping time and applies to both delivery options.

For the estimates in this policy, business days are Monday through Friday, excluding applicable public holidays.

Delivery options and costs

 

Including processing, estimated order-to-delivery time is 8-17 business days for standard shipping and 6-10 business days for expedited shipping. Expedited shipping shortens transit time; the 1-2 business day processing period still applies.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. Carrier disruption, severe weather, public holidays, or an address correction may affect delivery. If your order is taking longer than expected, contact us so we can investigate the shipment.

Shipment tracking

We provide tracking information once your order ships, using the email address entered at checkout. A carrier may need time to register the first tracking update after collecting a parcel.

Address changes and missing deliveries

Please check your delivery address before ordering. For corrections, email info@szfhlykq.com promptly with your order number and the correct address. Changes after dispatch depend on the carrier and may not be possible.

If tracking says delivered and you have not located the package, check the delivery location and ask other household members. Contact us with the tracking details for help investigating. For a parcel that appears lost in transit, please contact us directly.
