Terms of service

These terms apply to your use of szfhlykq.com and purchases from Szfhlykq. Please read them together with our Shipping Policy, Return and Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy.

Shopping and website use

You must be legally able to enter into a purchase agreement, or shop with appropriate permission from a parent or guardian. Provide accurate contact, delivery, and payment information. Use the website lawfully and do not interfere with its operation, misuse another person's account, or attempt unauthorized access.

Product information and safe use

Review the product listing before buying. Descriptions, included contents, sizes, and any age recommendations apply to the particular item. Screen settings may affect how colors appear. Follow the item's warnings and instructions, including any requirements for adult supervision. Toys with small parts may present a choking hazard and should be kept away from children for whom they are unsuitable.

Prices and payment

Prices and the $15 expedited shipping charge are stated in U.S. dollars. Standard shipping is free with no minimum purchase. Any applicable taxes and your order total are shown at checkout before payment. Available payment methods are those displayed at checkout.

Order handling and cancellations

An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of your order. Fulfillment depends on successful payment and item availability. If an item is unavailable, a listing contains a material error, or a transaction cannot be completed, we will contact you. If we cancel a paid order, the amount charged for the canceled order will be refunded to the original payment method.

To request an address change or cancellation, contact us promptly. We will check whether the order can still be changed; an order already dispatched may need to be handled through the return process.

Delivery and returns

Orders are processed in 1-2 business days. Standard transit is estimated at 7-15 business days after dispatch, and expedited transit at 5-8 business days. Tracking is provided. See the Shipping Policy for further details.

Returns and exchanges are accepted within 30 calendar days after receipt. We cover return shipping and charge no handling or restocking fees. Refunds go to the original payment method and are expected to reach your account within 10 calendar days after we receive the returned item. The Return and Refund Policy describes the process and available assistance.

Website content and third-party rights

Website content may be protected by copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property rights belonging to Szfhlykq or the relevant rights holders. Purchasing a product does not transfer rights to reproduce or commercially reuse protected content. Nothing in these terms represents an endorsement or authorization by a third-party rights holder.

Service interruptions and consumer rights

Website access can be affected by maintenance, technical problems, or events beyond our reasonable control. We will address issues as reasonably practicable. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties, remedies, or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, or limits mandatory consumer rights.

Applicable law and changes

Applicable consumer protection laws remain in effect, including mandatory protections that apply where you live. Updates to these terms will be published on the website. Changes do not retroactively remove rights relating to orders already placed.
